Finished Svartpilen 701 carbon custom build, full profile

A full carbon-fiber custom build for a private client, developed at STG Tracker Bikes in collaboration with CLC Composite, specialists in carbon fiber fabrication.

The brief was to reimagine the Svartpilen 701's structure, seat, fuel tank, fender, and headlight, while designing for a full accessory set — an SC Project exhaust, carbon RotoBox wheels, and more — and introducing aerodynamic elements into the overall design. The most technically ambitious piece was a single-piece carbon fiber monocoque tail and fuel tank.

This was a technically fluid collaboration from concept to fabrication: budget wasn't a constraint, and any questions of feasibility in the carbon fiber build were resolved jointly with CLC Composite's expertise. The project stands on its own as a showcase of concept-to-execution design work in a material and process most designers never get to work in directly.
